- A written AI acceptable-use policy. Plain-English rules on what can and can't go into AI tools. Your staff read and sign it.
- Hands-on staff training. Practical sessions on using AI for your team's real work, safely.

Questions
Do we pay you for the Claude licences?
No. You buy them directly from Anthropic, so you own the account. We charge only for our work.
Is our data used to train AI models?
On Claude Team and Enterprise, Anthropic says business data isn't used for training by default. One exception: feedback a user sends with thumbs up or down. We go through this setting with you during setup.
Should we choose Team or Enterprise?
Most small businesses start on Team. Enterprise makes sense if you need audit logs, automatic user setup, custom data retention or the HIPAA-ready option, or you have more than 150 people.
We already use ChatGPT or Copilot. Is that a problem?
No. The policy and training cover how your team uses AI in general, and the readiness review shows what's in use today.
How long does it take?
It depends on your team's size and setup. We agree a timeline in the fixed quote.
